HISTORY 

In 2024, after several years spent in Paris, Marion and Jean-Baptiste took over the Auberge du Barrez, driven by the desire to return to their roots and bring their personal touch. Jean-Baptiste, originally from Aveyron, felt the appeal of the terroir and the need to transform this place into a true place of relaxation, where every customer would feel at home, while discovering refined and inspired world cuisine.

They wanted to create a space where people can rest, enjoy moments of tranquility and taste flavors from all over the world.
